Why look for a resort when you could choose to have complete privacy similar to your own house even during an outing. Also a home stay in a private spacious property at the cost of a room in a resort is any time better for a family get away. We have 2 Home Stays properties i.e a 1000 sqft spacious 2bhk private village house with open dinning place in the mango garden and 350 sqft dormitory room with open lawn. Both these properties are surrounded by the Sahyadri Ranges and a 5 minutes walk from the Krishna River.

The Home Stays properties are located 12kms from Wai city, which is enroute to famous hill stations Panchgani & Mahableshwar. Wai being conveniently located 250kms from Mumbai i.e. ~4.5hrs and 90kms from Pune i.e. ~2hrs is an ideal destination for a weekend trip. It is a picturesque destination being surrounded by the mountainous Sahyadris ranges. Also Wai being en-route to the famous hill stations Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar, our guest can do a day tour to these destinations and nestle back to our Home stay properties. Although we would still suggest our guest for a local Wai tour instead. Wai is also blessed with River Krishna, Dhom Dam and many temples including the Prominent DholyaGanpati and Narsimha Temple being the core attraction points.
